Shame only 85% of your parcel is undamaged. Parcel Force have either totally lost or totally mangled everything I've ever received from them.

I have all the shipping accounts and find them very good.

Worst is Citylink who have lost several of our parcels. They lost a 60kg big box last time and I told the telephone operator to go to the warehouse and look for it because you can't miss it. After several phone calls he found it.

UPS have damaged a few as there vans have racking in so they aren't designed for larger boxes.
