    Default So how are we getting on with the Silverlines?

    Not there yet but getting there.

    Attacked with a screwdriver. Need counselling every time I do this.



    50/50 after fast cut on a cutting pad and Ultrafina on a polishing pad.




    It sure is shiney though.



    Biggest issue I've found so far is the speed needed to get the marks off. It's faster than I feel comfortable with but it's probably just a confidence thing.

    if thats a scrap pannel, try and burn it ! see how hard it really is to do

    not had a chance to do anything yet....roll on saturday though and a trip to the scrappy's for a panel, look's like you are well ahead compared to me matey

    i was thinking that but what with the way it came up on sunday i would hate to fooooook up and make it look stupid

    iv been doing some experiments with there techniques and have to say they do work, but i wont be using them on work cars, ive done some thing like 40 mops this week

    no for sure, but i did a ford with deep scratches down the wing, i sanded out then mopped out, only did it for my benefit but i am getting really good at this, think i really confident now, which i wasn't before Sunday. there were a few missing bits in my knowledge

    you had a head start on all of us though mate , but i know what you mean about the confidence and the knowledge...all come with doing more and more of it and i am a complete novice with a machine....
