removing front wings

any know how to remove the front wings?

pre facelift.

remove the side sills,
remove the splash sheild
remove the foam pads by A post
undo the side indicator
remove the front bumper undo the 10mm bolts under the bonnet
there is 1 but the wing indicator
2 at the bottom where side sill is
1 at the top the open the door

no mate, i was goin to whip them off, if it was quite easy, so i could see the suspension setup properly (without havin to jack the car up), cus i want to go a bit lower and want a better view of any possible problems.
