Default EGR and Boost SENSOR cleaned but problem is back again already?!

Ummmm....I have been a little premature in my excitment thinking this issue has ceased, coz today about 1pm whilst driving up a slight incline the issue returns caughing, spluttering and juddering then the SPANNER LIGHT flashes on and off?! Im so god damn confused as to how this could be as it was fine yeasterday evening and this morning on the way to work having cleaned both the EGR VALVE and BOOST SENSOR????

Could there be that much 'GUNK' in the manifold that they have sooted and gunged up already in less than 24 hours?? Can some1 shed any light on this issue coz im so frustrated and worried what it could be!!!

Check your vacuum hoses are all seated correctly and that the connectors are not split

Cheers Steve, its probably cheaper for me to buy a tech2 machine off ebay and sort it myself then, I could work out the codes on here as im sure there is a thread with an explaination to the fault codes?!

Im thinking its just the unburnt sticky sh*t in the manifold thats causing the BOOST SENSOR to throw up the SPANNER LIGHT all the time, the manifold must be full of the stuff coz iv not given the car a good spin in ages! My m8 asked me how many miles I do every day to and from work which is about 14 miles, he said the car is not getting hot enough to burn the sh*t plus the tuning box doesnt help as it uses more full which is adding to the problem causing more smoke and soot than usual!

avoid the 'tech2' they sell on ebay cheaply.. they are NOT tech2.. just a name ripoff for a bit of pirated software... others have bought and found them lacking..remember, the codes are just the very start of finding whats wrong.. it's the interpretation of the codes you are paying for at VX....
