    Default Somethings not right...

Recently my car has been misbehaving. I dont have a clue what is wrong but i will list the symptoms and can anybody help?

    Sluggish
    Feels like its holding back
Get and error image when i turn the car on and off (Looks like a watering can with a spanner)
Get the dreaded limp mode come on randomly then turn off a few minutes later and it also comes on when idling.
Got nothing in lower revs then shoots off when above 2500rpm
    Occasionally dreadful torque steer!?

Does anybody know whats going on? Is it just a case of cleaning the egr and boost sensor or something more serious?

sounds like the EGR Valve to me. It will cause rubbish performance under 2k rpm

Burst or blown off charge, or intercooler hose would be my bet.

I had the Boost Hoses and Boost Sensor on my DTi cause the same symptoms, both arr easy to check and easy to fix, so i'd look at them first..

a long shot but have you checked your oil level as my father-in law has a veccy b and kept getting the engine light on and loose of power so he checked the oil and it was very low
