Default What wiring connectors i need to fit aftermarket stereo and still have OBC

    Hi,

I need some help in choosing the wiring connectors so i can use my ipod compatible Alpine and still keep the trip display in my newly purchased 07 SRi vectra.

i understand the trip will be controlled on the steering wheel wheels and not too fussed in having the unit controlled by the wheel but would really like to keep the obc and have the ability to change the time via it if poss.

you help in choosing the ones i need will be greatly appreciated.

go to a decent ice place and buy the alpine interface for the screen and steering control's to work...should be about £50 - £90 though as alpine is very expensive

I have changed my head unit to Alpine , i still get all display, except Radio Station, cant use the steering controls to turn the stereo up and down , but wheel controls still work to change from, Trip, to fuel consumption, to aver mileage, to blah blah ..........

So still works, i just lost the radio station display

    Hi ZS,

So you have the pc99 lead, does that keep the audio controls for the stereo through the steering wheel?

did you have to get any adapters to keep the computer stuff working on the steering wheel?
