Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these 2?
Parkers have them both listed with a big difference in price between the 2
2.2 Elite
2.2i Direct Elite

For a start mate there both directs as all signums were directs regardless of age.. The difference in direct and none direct is about 7 bhp and a couple of MPG both in the favour of the directs.

Direct fuel injection is supposedly more fuel efficient so better mpg, and is becoming the norm these days anyway.
Direct has twin pipes
The non-Direct Vectras at work have twin pipes. The Direct is the better driving car, though possibly not as reliable as the older non-Direct. The Direct seems to have a few high pressure fuel pump issues.
The 2.2 was only a Direct in the Signum, it didn't get the non-direct engine fitted. In the Vectra the Direct engine was fitted from 2004 onwards.
I should mention I am referring to Signums....
It will be a Direct then m8
All aluminum block on the direct model.
