How old were you when you got your Full UK Driving Licence?

A general question of curiosity really for all you Vectra-C.com members; how old were you when you first got your Full UK Driving Licence?

Personally, I was 17, (17 years, 1 month and 18 days to be precise). Although, I "learnt" how to drive a tractor when I was 14, and could drive a car with ease at the age of 16.

Took me 3 attempts, and the third attempt I drove so badly I was convinced that I had failed. The little hitler of an examiner mad some sarcastic remark , and I came so close to telling him to stick it up his a**e.............

i was 17 passed at 10am dec 24th 1984

passed my test first go at 17...thou i've been driving since i was old enough to reach the pedals on the tractors, and on the road since i could get my tractor licence...

I passed my test on the 7th Feb 1992 and was 17 on 7th Feb 1992 been driving on family farm since I was 9/10.

Just checked, and actually , I didnt pass until 30 / 08 / 1984, Which means that I was 23!, my memory is worse than a goldfishes.......

Passed first time aged 18, May 1972. Took my last few driving lessons in a brand spanking new Ford Escort, before that it was a wait for it....Triumph Herald, a lot of you on here will be way too young to remember them. Good car?...errr no not really.
