CBT passed today
Theroy test booked for next week
DAS 4 day training booked

fingers crossed it all goes to plan

Nice one, I did my CBT on Thursday but I need to get my finger out and get the rest booked and passed now.
Hopefully once i've done that then it'll be a GSR600 for me.

shame your not closer, i could have done you some lessons, used to be a bike instructor on the weekends, youll sleep well doing the four day course, thats how i did mine and it was a killer, every muscle in my body screamed at me

Please, please go steady though. From CBT to modern 600 is a helluva a jump and a couple of 'mid life' guys round our way have come off v. badly recently after only being on the road for a few months.

There really is no substitute for experience and, as we all know, that takes time so enjoy gaining that experience

yea I know I got to take it steady, saying that took test 20 years ago and failed on a hand signal (so she said) never re took, if I did could had jumped on my bike and off without toching one for 20 years.

instead getting some good training then after I pass it will be on to the bike+ training.

As per a lot of mid life bikers it going to be fair weather and a bit of fun, and I cant see the fun off 100mph + overtaking cars on country lanes.

well done m8 u will be fine i wish i could have a bike i used to have one but crahed into me m8s leg while he was on his bike un totally ****ed his leg and his bike and mine. but it was not my fault he had old black bike un sat in middle of this road in pitch black un thort it would be funny. however i come flyin down the road couldnt see him un then smash was really bad but kinda put me off them not been on one since
