Smile Colour Coding - Opinions Please?

Right. In the abscence of a large wad of disposable cash, I'm looking at more cost-effective (OK, OK, cheapskate ) ways to mod.

I've got a primed V grille, which I attempted to spray myself, and made a decidedly ropey job of so I'm going to pop that into the local bodyshop for them to do instead.

Now, while I'm giving them parts to paint, and seeing as they'll have to probably make up the right colour anyway, I wondered about

    a) the front rubber splitter sprayed to match

    b) the rear bumper insert - either body coloured or matt black...

As always, your wise and expert opinions much appreciated

Personally I couldn't have the lower lip on mine colour coded as i'm forever scraping kerbs with it. lol

Think it would look good on the darker colour cars, so why not, Yes do it.

Also Mat black on the rear i think.

    Definitely.

I know it's a pre-face but you get the idea.

I toyed with colour coding that insert on mine (as I went and got the primed facelift skirt bit so that it now looks exactly like yours does now) but decided to keep it black. Maverick IIRC colour coded his insert so might be worth searching for pics to see what you think.

Ooh, thanks - off for a look. Haven't seen a pic yet of a Sig with the colour coded insert...

    Found one

Not actually sure I like it that much - difficult to tell with Matts being Pomegranete though. Might see how much it is to pick up a new insert then I can go back to black if I don't like the colour...
