    Default Quick Finish

OK - i'm lazy, tight and dont have much time on sundays - so what is the cheapest / quickest way of acheiving a decent shine for pod in a fortnight?

Shampoo just ran out, so which should i buy?

then i'm happy to buy a polish or wax for shine - so which one?

will a clean, dry and then wax do a good enough job?

    cheers flowers!!

    Take somebody elses car.

    Failing that,
    1. Good Shampoo. Many Vx dealers sell Sonax Gloss shampoo. £3.47+VAT for 1 litre.
    2. Halfords - AG SRP (Autoglym Super resin polish) approx £ 5 - £6
Work hard & fast around the car, elbow grease cost nothing !
You could stop here or go the extra mile with:
    3. Halfords - AG EGP (Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection) approx £ 6 - £8.
Thin, thin coats, adagin work hard & fast.
Should take you 3 hours and it'll look like new.

Everyone has there own spec. I'm just making it easy to obtain and keeping the costs down for you.

    My regime takes 6 hours.......no I won't bore you.

Andy - I guess this goes along way to answering my PM this morning. All you need to do now is add the glass, wheel, Trip and interior products and a commission will be on it's way!

Optimum Car Wax (OCW) has also been getting very good reviews on detailing world. Quick and easy to use, spray onto a microfibre cloth and apply to the car then buff off. The finish you get will depend on the time you spend getting the paint really clean. OCW seems especially good at producing a deep shine on silver paint.
