    Thumbs up unleaded down again

    Asda and Tesco will be dropping unleaded today to 92.9p unfortunately diesel stays the same.
    Keep it coming.

    I filled up at Tesco, 92.9 and my 5p per liter off voucher, made it almost bearable, dropped a tankful down to just above £40!!

    makes a fill about 45 litres if cost was lowered to 87.9p (with voucher)

    Wow, 87.9 actually does sound reasonable!

    When you put it more than the capacity of the tank...then you are low on petrol. Not that I do this, well once when the petrol stations ran out of fuel.

    I wasn't on empty , I try to never get that low('can' damage your Cat if you run out so it says in the manual?)but I was below 1/4 of a tank, and with the discount voucher I paid 87.9p litre, and put £42.00 in, so 47-48 litres'ish!
    Thats like the price I was paying when I first got the Vec in Feb '07.

    but the tank holds 60 if it is an estate so still £50+ to fill up.

    Prices are going the right way finally.
