what dslr ?

I have bought a pentax K10 dslr. An excellent bit of kit
Threre are Pentax K100's new with full warranty for sale at £225.
these are last years unsold stock teken back from Argos.

after having had a feel of some i finally gave in and got a nikon d40 kit, couple of lenses and a bag, now i just have to charge the battery and work out how to use it,lol
i have a nice book with it (think its called a users manual)
now i have the camera i have seen all kinds of little gadgets and bits n bobs to get, its nearly as slippery a slope as car modding, where to start or where to stop,lol
no doubt i will have loads more questions and advice to ask you guys

Very, very good book. Can highly recommend it. Explains all the complicated stuff like shutter priority, ISO speeds, noise reduction, etc, etc.

Save yourself the money it's all available online...you will need the money for filters next.

The manual is the best place to start. I know the Canon one is very good and explains it all, I am sure the Nikon one is the same.
