    Default Vectra 2.0 Turbo

    Hi Guys, Im new on here so sorry if im a bit slow. Bought myself a vectra 2.0 turbo and starting to fink bout sum mods. Just got a 57i induction kit but herd panel filter is better so gonna get wana them. Wonderin wat to do with exhaust, mates sed make it straight thru but also fort bout sports cat? any ideas?? Cheers!!

    Welcome to the site. There are several members who have a 2.0T they will be able to give you a good insight to how to "modify" your motor.

    Hi, 1st of all...where are the pics ?!!

    regarding the exhaust I would have wanted a Magnex, but they have folded (alternatives anyone?), might be able to get the last of them on ebay...

    You'll be better with a panel filter as the induction kit will just suck in hot air and reduce the turbo's efficiency. With regards to an exhaust Jetex can supply one or go through BSR and they can supply the downpipe with a sports cat and the exhaust to match. BSR is the way to go for tuning as they are really the only company who have pushed the boat with the 2.0T.

    As Mark said BSR is the only way to go!! But if you search the threads you will find the way to go !! Jetex cat back £450/ Bsr down pipe £450/map£90 and injectors(big green)£30 each and..................It's all good!!

    I use BSR induction kit and there´s no problem with hot air
    In Sweden some tuners pull out 300-345 bhp from the SAAB 2.0T engine
    That would be nice in our Vectra cars...

    Yeah, but you've got the heat shield set up from the Saab kit that stops any heat soak

    Still waiting for confirmation about Stage 4 from BSR and they can't give a date as there are more important projects at the moment
