    Default Cd30 Display Safe Vectra C 2007

    hi guys im a bit stuck , i just brought a new vectra c 2007 with a cd 30 radio installed i am having the problem with display safe on screen after about 10 seconds from being on , i have the code for the stereo , is it a matter of just entering the code then it dissapears or ? funny thing is that the stereo works fine but all i have on the screen at all times is that enoying DISPLAY SAFE . i seen people talking about tech 2 so is it a matter of taken it in to get it removed by machine ? any help will be greatfully taken cheers in advanced .

    sounds like the screen and unit havnt been paired right

    Tech 2 only mate, the car pass card has a security number on it that allows the TEch2 to alter security settings such as the radio code

    I don't think your car pass has a 'radio code', only a 'car code' which is needed to enter the programming via tech2, as said

    Only option: back to the dealer !

    damn what i thought another vauxhall clause , does anybody have a tech 2 around east anglia who can help me ????, do you think vauxhall will put it right as its under manufactures warranty ?
