If it is a passive receiver, then could it be blocked by some device, and if so how would that be detected?
Or could the unit be removed from the car and left in the garage - hereby causing no charge to be accrued?
In - sane and it would be political suicide for any government to introduce it. Remember Labours unilateral nuclear disarmament plan of the 80's? - it made them unelectable for years. So they had to wait until the 90's and 00's to screw the country over.
I think Canada and the US are more and more looking like places to go, I would try Australia, but its just too hot there, lol.
I wonder if there is anywhere other than here (with maybe the exception of Iceland) that costs more? (with so little coming back to us by means of better standards etc)
