    Vehicle : Golf 7

    Trim : GTD

    Engine : 2.0 TDI 184PS

    Year : 2014

    Mileage : 40000

    Default

about 130,000 easy for the friction material on the plate, if it is cable operated then the cable may go at about 70,000, and if it is hydraulically operated then the master cylinder may see over 110k.

my old 2.2 had the original when it went back at 122,000 & it had had some abuse, I would say 200k is not unreasonable probably a lot more

Depends on what you do with it - if you sit in 6th on the motorway all day, it'll go for ages, and if you go round town all day it won't...

the clutch in my vectra B sri 2.5 went at 77000, one of the little diaphragm fingers broke and it started slipping. it wasn't 'worn out' as such, but still failed.
