I'm gonna say yes as long as it was a factory option. Just a matter of getting the harnesses, sensors etc tech'2d and it should all be working. You do need to make sure all the electronics for the ecu's are all present or it will mean a whole lot of work for you

no tpms was never an option or fitted to facelifts for the uk but was
overseas only,i was the first to retro fit on me signum using vxl genuine
parts, its very easy to fit and tech2 if ya know wot ya doing that is

it was an option on the very earlier pre-facelifts as drinky has it fitted on his
52 reg elite vectra although on the later pre facelifts it was dropped off the
    option list.

on certain models you may still find that the wiring may be in place as i had
    on me signum.

well yeah if you look on the drivers side behind the rear lamp trim there
you may find a leverlock plug with approx 10 wires on it,it may be wrapped
in a foam pad, another way is that if you have afl then theres a good chance
you will have the plug behind the arch liner on the front passenger side in
were the side repeater loom is,if you have these then you will only have to
replace the rear axle harness to give you the rear reciever plug or can do it
by repair kit which you make up yourself going by wiring diagrams that ive
done for few ppl in the past,or making the relevant wiring harness to wire up
the whole tpms system which is pretty easy if you know wot to do.

its sort of similar setup for the astra h and corsa d,its called dds (deflation
detection system) it works through the abs system rather having sensor
recievers on the body,if anyone requires more info on the dds option then
let me know as again the dds aint available as an option in the uk but only
    overseas.
