grrrr 5 phone calls to them and i still cant get them to understand i wanna watch this website again.....goddam indian call centres!
I get the front page ok on both Tiscali and Virgin Business lines I have here, but dont have an account to test it with.
I can't promise anything, but I work for Tiscali (not in customer service though), if you want to PM me your details and the exact problem (and a login for the site to test it if you can), I'll pass it on to one of the guys in the second line (UK) team for you at my office, can't make them phone you as I'm nothing to do with customer service, but they're usually pretty good and should do.

Sorry Tiscali UK Limited Customers ...
Your ISP (Tiscali UK Limited) does not currently support TVCatchup.
In order for you to use the TVCatchup site for free, your ISP must have a free peering connection with us.
We encourage you to email your ISP’s support department requesting them to set up this free peering connection. Full details of the steps they need to perform are located at http://www.tvcatchup.com/isps/.
Once your ISP has established the connection, you will be able to watch the full selection of television channels online.
To be notified when your ISP supports TVCatchup, please enter your details below:
this is the e-mail i recieved from the web admin
I suggest you get back on the phone to Tiscali and insist that they *can* do something about it. They are required to set up a peering connection at the LINX exchange, which is achieved with around 3 lines of configuration on their router. You can check the LINX membership page https://www.linx.net/about/memberlist/letter/T and see that they are members, so this is really down to them not wanting to connect rather than not being able to
If this doesn’t work, I suggest you switch ISPs. Plenty of the large companies happily added the configuration to allow their users to connect – NTL/C&W/Virgin, BE There, BT, O2, Carphone Warehouse (which includes Talk Talk and AOL)... the list is huge

Your ISP (Easynet) does not currently support TVCatchup.???

Ahh, if that's the requirement, not much point in sending me your details. What I will do though is pass that on to a few people and see if they want to look into it or not.
