    Default Rear washer jet

Anyone able to tell me how to go about re-fitting the water pipe to the rear window washer? It popped off on the M6 on the way back from boxing this morning.

Can you do it by removing the ariel assembly? If so how do you do that?

Think its the same set up as the vecb which means you can prise the jet from the ariel base, but the tube runs across the headlining and into the ariel base which means you have to drop the rear lining to get to the base bolt which holds the unit to the roof...

Darn it, that's what I was afraid of.

Next question then, how does the headlining come off? Is it east to do?

apparently so, alot of people have taken them down at some point or other in order to do the rear interior light modification. i think it just unclips from the back.

Undo the rear grab handles, and gentle prise the lining from the ceiling. Watch out as there are three VERY sticky/grabby velco patches which are a pain in the bum
