It should handle it with ease. A lot more miles have been done on the irmscher trips etc

As well as the insurance and adjusting the lights I think you need a full bulb kit and maybe a few other things. I'm sure one of the peeps who have done the irmscher run will be able to tell you soon
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

I believe you need flourescent jackets for all persons in the car, bulbs as Big Sig said, fuses and also a warning triangle and a first aid kit.

I'm not sure if its law yet there but the french wanted you to drive with your lights on all the time the last time I was there.

You are advised to carry your Passport, licence and insurance papers

Mark and I did the journey for our honeymoon, over 14 years ago, in a 1.6 Cavalier, with 200,000 miles on the clock, painted all different colours with no problems what so ever, apart from being pulled by the British customs on the way back.

I would look at breakcover, both the AA and RAC do independent european cover for about £30-£40.

You are suppose to have a hi-vis vest for everyone in the car, go to a builders merchant and you should be able to pick them up for about £3-£5 each.

And yes they work in KPH and watch your speed as the french police are really cracking down on Foreign drivers.

    BTW have a great time

Hello M8, I did this a few months back on a 52 plate , vectra, with 65k on the clock at the time, drove to dover, picked all badges, bulbs...etc on the boat before docking in Dunkirqe, (speling) then drove down to our hotel, which was 6km from the park, couldnt have planned it any better

One word of advice, get your theme park tickets before you go, we did from attraction tix, as the que's on the day were horrendous

I have been reading through some of the websites and they say you need the GB sticker were do you stick it on just next to your reg plate or on the window?
also is there leavers at the back of our headlights to adjust the beam?

were in the middle of looking for tickets for the parks now going to get them sorted first thing on the list haha
