    Default Problem is back again!!!!!

OMG! Its back, same fault, driving down the road, or accelerating at 50mph above, and limp home comes on with the car with a spanner through.

Yet they are STILL saying they cant find a fault!!! they have replaced the boost sensor, so what on earth can it be?

Arnold Flaming Clark clearly arent going to fix it, so is there anything i can do to fix it?

WHen plugged in it is showing no fault, but clearly there is?!?!

Yeah, they just say we will go with hat the garage says. Its crazy

They are saying the branch i bougt it from (dundee) has 3 opportunities to fix it, although they have looked at it twice, an independant vauxhall dealer, preston arnold clark twice, and the AA twice. And still no fault found, although clearly the fault is there!

Andy have you had the car tech 2 ed .If yes what fault codes were recorded.

A few thing that you can check yourself
1 vacuum hoses , check for splits in plasticpipes and rubber connectors also check the actuattors are still working (should be able to feel a suction over inlet pipes)
2 Remove EGR valve give it a good clean with carburrettor spray make sure piston is free to move
3 Clean out manifold housing with Carb spray making sure butterfly housing is free to move
I did all of the above and it made a world of difference

I had exactley the same problem on mine once they had replaced the EGR, Swirl and Manifold and new turbo fitted, it turned out to be a hose going to the turbo that had a very small crack in it, only found it when they said they were going to replace the turbo again and I asked if they had changed the pipes when they changed the turbo, they had not once replace all ok and has been ever since.
