Just been PM'ing the bloke on the other forum and he keeps wanting to have my bank details so he can send the refund through.....im not going to do this.

I keep saying to him to simply post the grille, but he is trying to get around it.

What should I do? He keeps going on about wanting a receipt in case I get someone else to sign for it.

I have offered to send someone to collect but dont seem keen!

Folks, we still on for a collection on my behalf?

Im trying to force the issue now!

I simply reported him to the police for theft, along with the crime numbers gained by other people he'd scammed from various police forces around the country, they took statements from me, and it's all been collated together by Thames Valley and he was hauled into court on 6 charges of theft...

There is nothing he can do with your sort code and ac # my advice would be to give it to him for a refund and put it down to experience, alternatively give him your PayPal e-mail to transfer funds. Bit gun ho going round heavy handed as suggested previously, it will end in tears.

Right OK, now I have said to him that I can collect and he is saying send me your address and he will send it special delivery with tracking number.....go go go or no no no???

I know, thats the risk. Then I go to Royal Mail and claim off them!

I've lost the money anyway, so may aswell get an empty box for it!
