    Default Return to Ecoflex

    Hey all,
I have had my Gsi now for 2 years and have only covered 7000 miles, I have had 2 services as per my service schedule but this seems a little over the top. I have asked my dealer today about going back to the ecoflex service schedule and they said that they can't do it. Does anyone know if it is possible to go back to the ecoflex service after all this is how the car left the factory.

    Thanx.

Yes I am sure you can. The dealer should be able to sort it but then again........

Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?

    3500 miles a year.

Is it worth actually owning a car for that limited number of miles? With depreciation, tax, insurance, servicing, fuel, parking etc, your costs per mile will be huge.

But, as said above, Ecoflex can be done by Tec 2. Maybe they are not keen to do it, as it will mean less servicing - and hence less money for them (if you go to a dealer for some strange reason)

    I know,
but the reason I stopped using the car so much was the fact parking is very difficult where I live and I like to keep y car clean, I also did not want to put any more of my money in the governments pocket than I have to already. Most of the mileage that I do do is going to the airport to get out of the country and motorway driving is great in the 3.2.
Anyway should I just ring the stealer and tell them I want to change service plans not just ask?
