Another 'Minister' cleared

See Tessa Jowell has been unsurprisingly been 'cleared' off laundering £350'000 for her husband. She says the money was a 'gift' from the Italian Prime Minister. How much longer have we got to suffer this utterly corrupt bunch of crooks that call themselves a Government.

Politicians by definition should be barred from holding any form of power. I wouldn't spit on them if they were on fire.

typical politician IMO, i would be surprised if more werent taking "gifts"

They've been taking gifts for years and will continue to do so as long as they cover up for each other. Let's face it, who's going to stop them?

They're all a waste of tax payers money in my eyes. They act like ferking children in the houses of parliament and award themselves massive pay rises and give public sector workers a meager increase to match inflation.

Agree with above, government should be above all that. My view is pay them MORE, and ban them from doing any other side work, including directorships. Conflicts of interest would then be less common.

Its rife right through from local governement. How many brown envelopes are given out come the letting of council maintenance contracts etc and the highways are the worst.
