My Clutch judder..UPDATE

i whent along to vx AGAIN 2day to descuss my clutch judder for the 4th time in 2 months,, but this time i was armed with a print out of the the (1.8 clutch judder) thread. they soon backed down after reading through a couple of pages and agreed to book the car back in to have the clutch removed and examined... woo hoo about time... BUT they did also say that if it look like general wear and tear that it would not be covered under the waranty.. my veccy has only done 30k so not sure how it could be wear ad tear myself..
