Default New 19" tyres needed soon - whats the best?

Ok i'm gonna be needing my 3rd pair of boots on the front soon. Currently i've got Michelin 235/35/19's but they were expensive (company car so I don't pay but...)

So whats good at the moment?, stick with the Michelins, Conti Sport 2/3's, Toyo's??

I can generally get 20k outta my fronts when I had the first 2 makes on it.

Also where can I get them cheap online? I have a good garage for fitting but they're not the cheapest to supply.

    Cheers

If you're not paying, stick with the Michelins. Toyo's are sticky and soft, but won't give you 20000 miles.

Continentals are plain awful in my opinion, the car felt so twitchy and unsafe on them.

    Agree with AndrewTi.

Also consider the Vredestein Ultrac - they're an excellent tyre. Also the Goodyear Eagle F1-Asymmetric, great grip but wouldn't last as long as the Vredestein.

Yeah the Michelins are better than the Conti's but obviously they cost more.

Thought about the goodyears, but aren't they really ££££?

Is there a definitive 'sticky' or poll on tyres? As there are quite a few tyre threads out there and they seem to shift from brand to brand according to individual tastes.
