I'd take you chassis no. off this post mate.

Then i'd just get the tracking done on all 4 corners as it's out killing the tyre's. Do this before you buy 4 new tyre's. " don't forget 3 points for each ilegal tyre "
As for the rest of it i'd leave it until next year as it looks like all the stuff will still be ok/safe.
    Possibly change the strut.

To have all four tyres wearing on the inner sounds like a geometry issue - has the car been lowered without being tracked afterwards... looks like it could do with a good 4 wheel alignment to sort that out.

the deteriorated parts are just wear and tear - but not sure on age of car, so don't know whether this would be normal or not...

not sure on the steering rack mind - never comes across a 'deformed' one before.

EDIT: God damn you Shan - beat me to it

    Yes mate. Shock it is.
I'd forget about it if you just put new one's on it then.

I'd just remove the picture and write the list out.

Do the rear suspension arms before you get it aligned though.

    sorted....

what it's saying is you need..

    new inner CV gaitor
new strut top mount plate ( bushes will have broken up )
a pair of rear top arms...outer bushes have gone.. dead common
you need a brakepipe replaced( steel line one) with coper/nickel pipe..
you need two track arm kits fitted..

and you need a 4 wheel alignment and /possibly 4 tyres dependant on how bad they are..
