3.2 Throttle Bodies

Hi Everyone.

I am looking at fitting up a different throttle body to my Z32SE. I was wondering if anyone knows if the heads on the 3.0L V6 are the same as the 3.2L?

Lol, thanks Rob. I think that even if i can get these to fir, i will still have to run an after market ECU (Motec etc.) to control them due to the "Drive by Wire" set up on the 3.2. If i can get this to work i will be posting it all up on here for other 3.2 owners.

Maybe Mark (GSI 3.2) can give you few pointers on this one, he is quite good mechanically minded and knows the 3.2 with eyes closed

Fingers crossed. There is not much we can do to these motors in Aus, can't even get a decent remap yet

I know what you are talking about....same here in Mexico there is not much to do with the Veccys.

Did anyone get any results with the throttle body project mentioned here? I am trying to find a throttle body replacement for my Vectra without any success whatsoever. I will have to install a throttle body from another motor but don't know if that is even possible.

you can put individual ones on but like says above you'll need stand alone ecu (an ideal one would be emerald 3d as it supports canbus).
