Unable to list my car!

Hello

Please could you help me, I am trying to advertise my Vectra in your cars for sale section and it won't let me.

It says that either I don't have the priviliges or my account has been locked, I don't understand as I am able post threads on other subjects!

selling privileges come within time mate, you cant just register and sell straight away!!!!!

It's because the site has rules which state the requirements you need to post in the for sale section!

Kindly take a moment to read them and you will understand

Also moved this from the "Help" section to where it should be

Well, i've been registered a month longer than you Matt!!!

I wouldn't say that 10 months was to 'register and sell straight away'.

Problem is you need more posts.

This is the relevent bit.

Permissions to post 'For Sale' posts

After a number of cases where people have registered simply to post up in For Sale sections, and make no other contribution to the forum, we have decided to amend the requirements for being given the access to make For Sale posts.

Additionally, to deter people from registering simply to get access to the discounts and group buys sections, without making any contribution to the forum, we have also amended the requirements for access to these sections.

As of now, the following criteria will be introduced.....
A new member will not have immediate access to the Discounts and Group Buys section. They will also have a PM quota of 5, so that they can at least contact Admin/other members and be contacted by them.
After 5 posts - they will automatically have access to the Discounts and Group Buys section. They will also have a PM quota of 25 but not able to post items for sale.
After 25 posts and 30 days of being registered (both criteria must be met) - they will then have the ability to post in the For Sale section and will receive the full quota of 50 PMs.

Just looked and I have made over 25 posts and have been a member for over one month but still unable to put my car in the for sale section.

Is there anything further that I need to do??
