    CAN i get me car the above or is it just for cars that have been resprayed and any idea on price if i can

    You can buy machine polishers I have one it is a Porta cable. I bought it from the states it needs a transformer as it is 110volt. Meguires do a 240 volt one now.

    hi m8
    machine polishing is for all cars
    i use the silverline (orange) £30-£40
    and use the mequires pads (about £10 each)not the one that come with it.
    very easy to do just take a while.
    well worth the effort.

    Does anybody know the difference between to blue silverline and the orange silverline, Except £1. seem to be the same spec..

    The orange one is the better one, I can't remember why though.

    I wouldn't jump in to rotary polishing on a car without practising on a scrap panel first.

    if you do get get the orange as it has soft start.also as above till you get the hang of it
    also when you first use it use a soft pad first untill you get the hang of it.
    just go gentle with it and check your work as you go.
    it not to hard just abit of common sense.

    The orange one has soft start. So when you pull the trigger it doesn't just fire of at full revs, it eases into it. Am sure it runs from lower revs as well. Orange is best.

    Orange one has soft start and a slower speed for spreading the polish think it 300 rpm can quite remember.
