??vauxhall garages in Birmingham??

Hi, so am running into a few problems with my veccy c 2.0DTI and was hoping some could recomend a good value mechanic thats knows his/her stuff when it comes to Vectra C. I live in the south of Birmingham (Moseley) so the nearer the better!

im looking to get the seals changed as im having the dreaded starting problem...i.e doesnt want to start when you need it to and starts first time when your not really bothered!!...have had to leave the car too many times on random streets because of this so its time to part with my cash...what little i have of it anyway.

How much am i looking at to get the seals changed?

T Wall the main dealer in Kingswinford are pretty good, but youll pay through the nose for it, Keep clear of Bicknells, I wouldnt let them put air in my tyres let alone touch anything mechanical

are you sure it needs to go to a dedicated VX specialist??

Have to say been using dudley motor company (near castle) found them to be honest, the cheap of the three near me and did what was asked...
If your looking for an independant... word of mouth is the best... sorry to say have had to use VX all the time as i dont know any local 'friends'.

thanks guys...it doesnt have to go to a VX dealer...just someone you guys might recomend that has some experiance with Vauxhalls (diesels) and can advise me properly....avoiding VX dealer will avoid me paying silly amounts.

Hey shatz, im also a Brummie mate and finding a decent mechanic in Brum is unbelievably difficult.

However, try this place in Handsworth, apparently he is a Vx specialist these days (ive never used him), "Halls Tyre Centre" (now also known as Vauxhall specialist).

If I think of anyone else, I will drop you a message on here.
