new to site

hi guys, i am new to the site. I have just bought a 05 plate vectra 1.8 sri. The problem i have is it has a nokia phone kit in it which i would like to have removed but no idea how to do this or how much it would cost to have done professinally. when i have this taken out will i have any problems with the radio or any of the electrics?

I am loving my new car such an improvement over my astra mk 4 1.6 16v.

Not sure on the phone kit either but stick the question in the electrical section. One of the technical gurus will probably spot it there before they see it here.

as for the nokia phone kit its easy er to remove than install just work your way backwards following the wires to where they end and just unclip/solder or cut the wires, if there is any bare wires then just cover them up with electrical tape

Why don't you leave it in, some of them you can change the craddle to match your phone.
