    Default uprated rear brakes..

morning peeps..the other day ordered new brakes from hi-spec..they now tell me they don't do a rear conversion(but they did the other day!) not wanting to stay with piddley set up on the back..what are my options? VXR rear set up?...or does anyone do an aftermarket rear set up?..or just ebc the back end..

you can get 314mm and 345mm is the biggest for the front

292mm is the biggest for the rear try lmf as the do them, and this it is what the gsi have as the rear discs are vented

not sure what what the sizes are?...and unsure about if there are any aftermarket ones available...the other day hi-spec said they could do a 325mm rear..but now say they can't..will be speaking to them later this morning.

I'm preferably after after market stuff..looking at 360mm 6 pot setup up front..if 292 rear are the largest then I already have them.

So on a standard SRI what is the front and rear disc sizes? I am looking at getting the 314mm brakes conversion kit from LMF and they say you get 4 discs, calipers, pads etc... So what size do you get for the rear?

    Thanks

So when you do the 314mm upgrade you only do the fronts

Can you get any bigger for the rears?

You can get bigger back brakes but it's an expensive cosmetic exercise as the back brakes do very little work, so you're unlikely to notice much difference. The 314mm front upgrade is well worth the money though & makse a HUGE difference.
