I'm confused !
When does a child become an adult - officially ?
Seems to be as soon as it pops out of the mother these days !
I booked our Florida theme park tickets/passes last night and apparently, my two kids are now adults at the ages of 12 (13 on sunday) and 10 !
Disney and Seaworld both state over 9 years old they pay adult prices .
They used to have to be over 12 ( adult at 12 ?) years old for adult price ! The 2 parks mentioned are just examples of many.
It's not just in America, the UK is just as bad.
Why don't we have a set age range across the board as to when a child becomes an adult ? 9 is just plain stupid !
12 ain't much better, 16 sounds more sensible.
I know i have 2 choices, pay it or don't pay it.
You simply can't take your kids to Orlando and not do the theme parks, but i think this will be the last time we do.
More 'all inclusives' from now on me thinks !
