Mushys new healthy toy!

Well after 6 years enjoying body building which resulted in 12 months off with a trapped nerve and an operation it was time for a change.

So my new plan has been in place for about two months and every saturady me and a few lads have been MTB'ing around various great places.

At first it felt like hell riding the bike as I am not built for 13 / 20 miles of bike riding but its coming slowly and I have blasted 1/2 stone of excess weight so far.

The places we have been too and would recommend are Llandegla in North Wales and the North Face Trail in Grizedale(The Lakes).

However my excursion to the Marin Trail last saturady felt like I was in the marines 20 miles off flamin hills all the way round excpet for the last 10 minutes of an epic 5 hour ride!!! Avoid this place like the plague.
