im picking up a 2004 1.9 cdti 150bhp vectra estate on saturday,it has fvsh and had a cambelt fitted by a vauxhall dealer less than 10k miles ago,it has factory fitted 18"wheels and lowered suspension as well,this is good as it means i dont need to declare it the car is a 1 owner from new as well.

If I remember rightly, the Design trim will have the lowered suspension, but those alloys are deifnitely not the originals...

Just so you don't get caught like I did, options are now classed as modifications and have to be declared, sucks huh.

Cool car though, the space is awesome inside, I'm always amazed how I manage to fill it.

nope this is a factory option,i have checked and these very wheels were fitted and in the option list,the only thing not standard is the opel wheel centres,epc says my car is fitted with 18" 9 spoke wheels,these wheels are 9 double spokes

the design never had lowered wheels as standard,the lowered suspension was part of a £400 with the 18" wheels

As for the alloys, the design would have had alloys, so just plead ignorant and say you didn't know they weren't standard!!

Very nice, but I will echo what karl said, my insurance company now want all options declared, factory fitted or not Just read the small print and don't get caught out
