    Talking Love Handles!!

    OK..I'm a 40 (just) year old bloke. Pretty fit. Gym three times a week. I run, row and do resistance training. (not lifting massive weights). Do about 400 sit-ups over a week during my gym trips. I haven't got any form of gut and have a pretty healthy diet. I don't drink much and don't smoke. Resting heart rate is 56.

    However..I've got bloomin love handles that I just can't get rid of. (But they are sexy love handles ladies )

    There are a good number of gym goers and healthy sorts on here..so how do I get rid of them.

    (Any taking of the michael will result in a marked Volvo sat on your doorstep)

    Don't go to the gym as much, then your belly will hide the handles. Simple.

    I'm 25 and am in the same situation. I've had them since being a teenager, with a 6 pack and 11 stone, but always had "love handles"

    I did let myself go a bit, but I'm getting fitter again, and while the belly I had is going down (slowly) these are still there, and probably always will be (unless someone on here knows how??)

    im 34 and i have them

    i also go to the gym 5 times a week

    have you tryed standing up with a gym bar across your shoulders and twist through the waist and you need to bend your knees bent slightly and hips kept pointing forwards
