Collinite or Bilt Hammer Auto Balm?

So the cold weather's here, time for winter prep. I know Collinite is the long term daddy but there's a new kid on the block. They both have there pro's and cons, the Auto Balm's a paste sealant with filling/swirl hiding properties. Anyone used both?

If your car's paint is less than perfect then auto balm will help and as it is a sealent should last but if your paint is perfect and swirl free then I would go with collinite 476.

and lasts for ages, I did the Vectra in it when I got it in March and it is still beading.

Use a QD after washing.

Autobalm lasts and lasts. Highly recommended but apply and remove on small sections at a time.

I haven't used Colly so can't comment, but it gets great reviews.

The final finish depends on the prep - claying first makes a massive difference, I found this out with Autobalm. It'll pull loads of cr@p off the piant so make sure it's superclean. Best of luck.

You couldent be more right. Its all in the prep
1. Power wash rinse
2. Foam.
3. Rinse
4 Clay
5 Wash again
6 Polish
7 Sealant
8. Wax
9 Finishing spray.

Stand back and be amazed. Also get some pics as its going to rain the nexted day and is always something to look at lol.
