    Default Chrome Vent Wheels

Hi. I have just purchased some facelift vents with the chrome wheels for my pre facelift Veccy. They are the wrong size but would like to use the chrome wheels off of them. Can I change my existing black rubber vents wheels for the new chrome vent wheels? If so can these be changed easily. I have had a quick look but doesn't look an easy job. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

in a word yes you can!! there are a few people who have done this. you have to unclip the front off the vent then remove the wheel from the vent and repeat the process on your prefacelift ones!! very easy to do and makes a nice addition to the interior

Unclip the 2 clips on the top and pull the front cover off, there is a clip on the side as well. Then put your front covers on the new vents.
