You might not like the answer to this.... the bumper has to come off !! Have a search, I'm sure the full answer is there somewhere.

don't think there is, take the bumper off and then the trouble starts. You just have to undo lots of plastic clips, then you'll lose your temper and break it apart. I can't really give you anymore advice then that.

There is a HOW2 for taking the bumper off, it's easy.

    Good luck.

Here the How2 to remove the bumper. It's a easy job to replace the grill. It just clips off. Take your time and you see great results.

You only need limited tools, once the bumper is off it's just fiddly getting the grille off. As long as you have got time it's not too bad really. I only broke mine as I was in a rush to go out and needed to get it fitted.

The bumper off is very simple, just make sure you put something down to protect the paintwork. The grille is clipped in, my advice, take the whole bumper inside and do it in the warm, stiff clips and cold hands are a recipe for losing your rag!

You can easily do it, Honestly you just need some confidence, why pay somebody else, just get stuck in and once it's done it WILL look excellent.

OK screws and lugs removed, this is where the confidence bit comes in. how hard a tug and from where. it feels like there is still some thing gripping it from behind the the number plate area ? have removed the number plate as well.

have you undone the plastic rivets under the car? Think there are five, you need to pull out the cetre bit, not all the way to release the rivet. Pull at the sides of the bumper and it should come off. Better if there are two of you but it can be done. There shouldn't be anything holding it on near the number plate.

Oh and don't forget to undo the sensor on the back of the bottom grille and fog lights, they should just pull off.

just pull the sides where the bumper fits near the arches, there are some clips the bumper fits onto.
