Default Britains top police officer resigns.

Any thoughts on the subject? I for one think it's an impossible job and it's very easy to blame the man at the top for everything. Some would say that's his job though. Does anybody else have an opinion? I know it's late and politics can be a touchy subject but it's probably one of the biggest news stories of the day.

exactly what I thought. I thought he did a good job myself. Boris Johnson having an input on this scares me though, not because he's blue or red but because he's Boris!

Wrong end of the stick mate - he was seen by Tories as "Labour's policeman". The Govt, including the Home Secretary, wanted him to stick around. Boris Johnson is the one who wanted him out, he's got his wish.
