Can't help with the PS as I've only got it on the main computer which the boy is using but if you left click on the IMG code in PB it will copy the link and then you can paste it straight into your post.

No worries mate. Yes the bottom option is the one you need. (IMG Code) No need to resize. Easy Peasy. C'mon let's see you have a go.
