Front wheel arch liner

Anyone removed the front wheel arch liners? there are a couple of screws I noticed and also several of those plastic fasteners, the ones that you push the little plastic dowel in to secure them, is there an easy way to get these plastic ones out to re-use or is it a case of pushing the little dowel all the way through and losing them in the engine bay somewhere!! and then taking out the fastener part?

you push the centre dole through m8 and you can reuse a few of them but the rest you have to replace im affraid hth

Thought so, better go buy some in preperation in that case, cheers guys.
