Mrs Gsi uses them ....but they stopped making the F1 a while ago.. and renamed it the GSD3...

top quality tyres and much longer lasting than the Avons.. which have always been soft..

we used to knock a set of avons out in 6K in the veccy B..

Price is good too...I know what i'd be buying and it's not avons..

The F1 GSD3's are very good tyres, they've just been superseded by the F1 Asymmetric which are supposed to be even better

What is the tyre size mate?

A good choice of tyres on CamSkill, but are only worth it if you can find a tyre fitter that'll fit them for a good price

Also check out www.mytyres.co.uk and www.blackcircles.com

Ordered four F1 GSD3's from Black Circles, having seen various recommendations on here but they supplied F1 Asymmetric's instead to my local fitter. Just fitted this morning so early days.

I got the old F1's on the back but I haven't pushed it hard enough to see how well really grip. I have them on my Audi as well and they lasted well.

    That's in your favour
The new Eagle F1 is slightly more expensive, equally they can be swapped across the car if need be, unlike the GSD3 which is directional and so the tyre needs to be removed and refitted in order to swap across the car
