Purchased from an independant trader who'll i'll be calling in the morning but you kind of know i'm going to get that avoidance feeling back from them but worth a go, i'm sure he'll give it that "sold as seen" touch whilst stroking his camel hair coat!!!!

he can't say 'sold as seen' unless it's marked as such on the invoice... otherwise it's a normal retail sale and the trading standards rules still apply....

he can't wriggle out of it..

Even if they put sold as seen it means nothing,you have 6 months 'reverse burden of proof',if you go to the Trading standards website it gives more info.

Sounds about rights...just changed 2 racks on mazda rx8's at 900+vat...they were a complete doddle to change not sure how the vectra ones are though.?
