Dimming mirrors...

My garage smashed my n/s mirror glass the other day. I have an auto dimming rear view mirror, does this mean my wing mirrors will be too?
Its a 52 plate elegance model if that helps?

They've put a sihtty stick on one over the cracked mirror. I'll replace it myself if its a standard lense, but if its a £120 dimming one they can replace it!

highly unlikely it's an auto dimming side mirror...much more likely it's a standard one... £30 from VX

As you have the auto dip rear view mirror you should have a dipping off side (drivers), but the near side is a normal one.

Hey only going off what mine has so it must be an actual addition for the face lift model

Looking at the brochures, the anti-dazzle driver's side door mirror was only available as standard in conjunction with the electrically foldable door mirrors option on early pre-facelifts.

It is standard though on facelift Design and Elite Vectras (and Signums).
