    Default Do I need?

    Morning!!

Just bought a HU with an ISO adapter.

I'm about to order a Double Din kit and wondered, will I also need the following? An ISO adapter and aerial adapter for my Signum Design 04 plate?

    Cheers Peeps.

If the Sig is anything like my 02 Vec mate then the big black ISO block connector looks like it'll be a straight fit.

You might need a female-male aerial adaptor but they are just a couple of quid from Halfrauds.

    hth, Doug.

you may need to swap the red and yellow wires to match up with the loom so it works on the ignition but try it first before you do cut them

as said you may need an aerial adaptor and you do need the double din kit from www.caraudiodirect.com or other audio shops

and the steering controls wont work with this i think??

I phoned VX and they told me that they don't do a double DIN kit!!

    I have to say I have owned 3 VX's
    • 1995 Corsa 1.5TD (Pile of cr*p) from new
    • 1997 Vectra 2.5 V6 Sri.
    • My current Signum 3.2 V6
Plus a host of other private and company cars in my 20yr driving career. I have to say that IMHO, Vx aftersales, parts and service are total pants (I've kept it clean).

I know there are Vx workers on the site..... Some feedback would be nice. I know, not every dealer is the same. I'm not about to name and shame, but those who live in my neck of the woods know who they are... COME ON!!! Pull your fingers out.
    Whilst I'm on a rant......
Why do I need to pay VX for the code to MY Radio to MY car that cost £22,000 new... Rip off britain again... I suppose.
    I'll get my coat!!!
