Default Lowering springs & camber adjustment

I am thinking about lowering my 2.2 veccy(non SRI), (with eibach springs from LMF) but I am worried that this will change the camber & scrub my tyres, thus ballzing up the handling etc...is this true and what do I need to stop this?

    Cheers in advance

Once the lowering springs are on, you need a full four wheel alignment.
    Mines being done tomorrow...

Cheers for the quick reply - would a normal garage/tyre centre do this, or do you have to take it somewhere specialist?

Only if they have a proper 4 wheel alignment system, a lot of people on here recommend the hunter system, if you search for it you will find a link for a site which can locate the nearest to you (alignmycar.com or something)

Mine is being done by a friend of mine local to me who specialises in building race cars & tuning evo's subs, & skylines etc...
He is also responsible for building apex tunings drift car (yellow skyline) and controversially put a yank n/a V8 in...

I got camber adjustement bolts to allow for it to be set up slightly more, but as already said get it alligned on a hunter system and you can't go wrong even though it isn't cheap.

the site to use to find your local centre is www.alignmycar.co.uk

it's not too dear ( Big phils was done at my mates place ( 4 wheel alignment and 4 camber steetings) for £50 on an invoice) but it makes all the difference to the car and your tyres...lowering without setting the car up is only 1/2 a job..

Thanks to you guys for the help, so in short - if I get the springs fitted, and invest in set of camber adjustment bolts, & then visit my local 4 wheel alignment centre, I would be good to go?

yep, but why not have a word with the alignment guys first & see if they will fit & align all in one go.
