    Default What do you think?

I've been thinking about what mods to do to my 05 Vectra 1.9 CDti [150] before I've even got it. I'm only looking at subtle mods for her. Can you let me know what you think or if there is anything that you think I'm missing>

    > Irmscher grill (with alloy strip)
    > Paint calipers British racing green (The car is black)
    > Tint windows
    > Snowflake alloys (eventually)

What about painting the calipers black, keep meaning to do them on my black vec.

Get rid of the griffin on the back makes it look much better IMO

Is it a facelift or pre-face lift? If its a face lift get the vxr front grille ready primed and spray it black.

    It's the pre facelift.

Alright i'll probably paint them red then that won't be a problem.

How easy is it to debadge it then? (without damaging the paintwork)

Easy enough to de-badge there's a thread on here if you use the search. I just used plenty of of hot (almost boiling water) to soften up the backing then removed it gently with a plastic card when it was hot enough.
Used some 'mer' to give the boot a clean afterwards nad 'hey presto' one of the best mod's I've done don't regret it.

Mine's a pre face lift as well and got a body shop to spray my front grille and get rid of the chrome, will try and find a pic .........

I've noticed in mine that i haven't got the little extras that you can get around the light fitting.

I've seen that you can buy the new light fitting that has map lights and sunglasses holder. How easy is this to fit myself?

    Thanks
